Server Weird problem with cmd

Hi,
I have a problem with/handsup cmd.
When a player is freeze and use /handsup cmd, the player got unfreeze
The Weirdest thing for me is I don't have any cmd like this!
Does anyone have any idea?

Create something to check player if he is freezed
and if he is freeze and use cmd:handsup freeze it again

I check my whole script but I can't find any command like that.
Then I figure out that I have some Cleo mods on my GTA.
