How to run samp android on PC?

I think I understand the question, can you use some android emulator.

BlueStacks, LDPlayer4 etc...

Why would you even want to do that?

There's a PC version. The PC version is also the only official version, so just use that.

I tried to use Genymotion but did not work...

SAMP android have some differences, i'm using PC version for me, but 80% of my players are from android
I have to do it work good for then, i need a client to test
