Oh this sounds great! I think it's quite an important thing. Many ISPs only provide CGNAT on IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, so the only chance you have to host a server in this case, is to use IPv6, or a IPv4 in IPv6 tunnel mechanism with he.net which is ugly.
