Hi, my nickname is Feelestyle and your multiplayer will play the most Russian users, why not add Russia to your project? "CRMP"
Naturally, the San Andreas engine will not be able to pull all of Russia, but add part of Russia to the Moscow Region. It would be interesting to see how it turned out.

There is also such a question:

— Is it possible to get a team to play the role of tester of your multiplayer and what do you need for this?

Players who want to play can download it by connecting to the server.

We are not planning on adding any add-ons to the GTA:SA World by default (excluding custom objects)

However we plan to make it possible for server developers to add these kind of things themselves. It wouldn't make any sense for us to do this. Just because a large amount of Russians plan to use our mod doesn't mean we will only support your region of the world. We will try and support everyone equally, with the same quality and assurances.

Do remember that at some point this mod will be open sourced, and that gives you the freedom to create your own version of the mod with lets say `Russian Maps` (if you wanted to go that way).
Remember to always refer to J0sh as `J0sh...`

What do you think about vice city and liberty city?

I think these maps should be published by the open MP team by default, and arrangements such as collision and sea level should be made.

We do not own rights to publish those assets. Why should we even do that?

It would be possible to add GTA: Vice City and GTA: III, but that would require you owning the game and having it in lets say your steam folder or another folder on your pc.
This would be possible, but would require servers that want to use said maps only allow access to players who have those games installed.

As to assure that, we don't put players in a world where they can't see assets. Although this is possible, it wouldn't be something we look at right now, but we may try something
like this down the road, as it has been done with other games before.

A really good idea but, we already know about GTA Underground, a mod which compiles weapons, vehicles, skins and maps to the San Adreas. The developers are willing to transfer their code over to OpenMP's after their first release.
