[Help] Can't change avatar

I get the following error when tried to upload an image file in the user panel: "The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again."

I tried:

Upload images in .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp
Resize/Compress images manually.

The maximum file size for avatars is 4.91 MB.

Yes, I meet the requirements.

My image file is about 1MB and 150x150.

Try lowering your res to 140x140 and see how it goes.

It is the same, throws the same error.
