So I've tried a couple of different plugins, test on both 0.3.7 and 0.3DL to make sure that wasn't the issue, and it's just not allowing me to click anything. The textdraws all appear normal and it lists the correct skin models etc. But clicking on models or buttons does absolutely nothing.

Ok just an update on this. It appears that absolutely none of my textdraws are clickable, even ones that worked previously. I've removed all other textdraws and just left 1 available, and it still doesn't work. My script produces no errors, my server log produces no errors.

Fixed. Filterscript was interfering with my textdraws.
