Yes and no, FiveM is P2P so there is hard limit of players you can have until players with shit net connections can't play anymore. 64 players will be hard limit IF you want to have semi decent sync.
Rage is fine i guess.
If open.mp could be atleast 50% compatible with existing samp scripts we would have massive advantage, because we could import existing samp mods to GTA V that we have been working on for many years.

JS is used and is better, and theres an (albeit meme) PAWN bridge.
