Indeed not for the first releases, but if a plugin is so fundamental that basically everyone uses it, most likely it will be either included by default, or rewritten as part of the open.mp core.
Always keep in mind that a lot of people are active on this forum in their spare time.
They are sacrificing time they could easily spend on things they would rather do, to help you instead.
