What I would do (either for 0.3.7 or 0.3DL) is just create a custom animation for the specific model and apply the animation in game for it. IFP files can be loaded via custom.IMG file.

Yes but dignity was aiming for a 0.3.DL only experience where people didn't need to do anything extra.

That's a creative way of getting around the problem, I can't imagine it keeping consistency when going avobe the 50ms ping realm though.

We tested the consistency, it's fine but becomes laggy fpswise if you have a high ping.
