You can get a proper "New posts" and "Posts since last visit" by disabling the burgershot theme by the default MyBB theme in User CP > Edit Options > Theme

This should be the defacto SA-MP/Pawn IDE. Might not be as good as VSCode or Sublime when properly configured, but this is orders of magnitude better than Pawno in every possible sense. Great job
